Chose this hotel for a forum as it offers 12 meeting rooms for events. The facilities were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were helpful in setting up the room and provided good service throughout the event.

The hotel lacked a business center, which would have been convenient for printing and other office-related tasks.

Hotel location is easy to find out and comportable if you want to travel in the city (I have my own car to travel, I'm not sure about public transportation - -' )

It's not far from Kichakood Mountain only 30KM. Kichakood Mountain is opened once time (3 months) in a year.(after Chinesse New Year).Thai people like to go there cause they'll make a merit and adverture in the same time.

Swimming Pool.

I had a fantastic stay at New Travel Lodge! The swimming pool was absolutely amazing and my kids loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere in the evenings, despite the cheesy music, was so relaxing and chilled. Plus, they had live premier football on a big screen, which was a great bonus. The food at the hotel was stunning, including the breakfast, which is rare to find in Thailand. The only complaint I had was that they ran out of pancakes, which my boys absolutely love. But overall, this hotel is an absolute gem and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting the east coast.

There was an excellent 25m pool at the hotel, with good food available at pool side. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast, which was, as you'd expect, mostly Thai, with no cerials available.

Quite and clean and value for money. I did like the idea that the swimming pool was open until late in the evening.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the room was functional and clean, with good Wifi and a nice shower. the staff were friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and the food in the Coffee Shop was enjoyable. the hotel also had a large swimming pool and a great massage service on site. Plus, the gym was well-equipped and the Thai massage was very nice.

The hotel's lock for the main door is a bit worrying as it still uses a conventional key.

Had a decent stay but not the best. the breakfast was great and they had an array of fresh juices. the gym and the pool were the best aspects of the hotel. the gym had all the necessary equipment and the pool was really huge and saltwater. the location was good which made it easier to navigate around.

During the New Year, the hotel was extremely noisy due to the event hall that caused a great disturbance during our first night. our room had an air con problem due to which we had to switch.
